About Us
Who is Christopher Hole?
I’m a Specialist Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, and Lecturer with a deep-rooted passion for health and fitness, which I’ve been studying since 1999. With over 20,000 hours of teaching and hands-on training experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in fitness, rehabilitation, and core training. Since 2011, I’ve specialised in exercise for lower back pain, helping clients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and regain confidence through movement.
My client base is diverse—ranging in age from 15 to 72—and includes students, young professionals, retirees, fitness enthusiasts, and those simply looking to lead a healthier life. I’ve also worked with high-level athletes, including GB Age Group triathletes, amateur and European Tour golfers, and former professional rugby, football, and cricket players.
As a Lecturer, I’ve delivered a broad range of Personal Training qualifications across the UK, supporting the next generation of fitness professionals in developing their expertise and careers.
