Master Exercise Technique & Overcome Common Faults
Welcome to This Month’s Newsletter
One of the biggest drivers of strength, confidence, and long-term progress is how you move — not just how much weight you lift or how long you hold a position.
Inside the Members Area, you’ll find our Exercise Workshop Library, a growing collection of workshops designed to help you understand the key movements we use in training and how to perform them safely and effectively.
These workshops break down:
-
Proper setup and positioning
-
Common technique faults (and why they happen)
-
Simple cues and adjustments to help you move better
-
How to adapt exercises to your body and ability level
You’ll find detailed guidance on movements such as squats, deadlifts, overhead press, planks, side planks, and more — all explained in a clear, practical way so you can apply them immediately in your training.
Remember: technique isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning, refining, and building awareness over time. Small improvements in how you move can make a big difference to how strong, comfortable, and confident you feel.
Strength Training — Explained
Strength training doesn’t have to be complicated — but it does work best when it’s built with intention.
In the Members Area, you’ll find our Strength Training Short Courses, designed to guide you step by step through:
-
How to safely build into strength training
-
How to progress over time without rushing or burning out
-
How to structure your own strength training program with confidence
These short courses are ideal whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to better understand why your program is set up the way it is. We break strength training down into simple, practical concepts so you can train with purpose instead of guesswork.
You’ll learn:
-
What strength training actually is (and what it isn’t)
-
How to choose the right exercises, loads, and repetitions
-
How to balance volume, intensity, and recovery
-
How to progress your training in a sustainable way
Our goal is to help you move away from random workouts and towards a structured approach that supports long-term strength, resilience, and confidence.
Take your time with these courses, revisit them as needed, and remember — strength is built gradually. Consistency, patience, and good fundamentals will always beat doing too much, too soon.
Low Back Strength Endurance Workouts
Our Low Back Strength and Endurance Workouts are designed to build capacity, resilience, and confidence through the trunk — not as rehab, but as training.
These sessions focus on developing the strength and endurance of the low back and surrounding muscles so they can better support you during lifting, daily movement, and longer training sessions. The goal is to help your back tolerate load and time under tension, rather than avoiding it.
You can expect:
-
Controlled, progressive exercises
-
An emphasis on endurance and sustained effort
-
Movements that support better performance in squats, deadlifts, and general training
These workouts are about building a stronger foundation over time. As with all training, start at a level that feels manageable, move with control, and focus on quality rather than pushing through fatigue.
Remember our Exercise Library is Live
Our comprehensive Exercise Library packed with over 150 expertly coached movements—from foundational strength drills to advanced power, mobility, and core-stability exercises is live. Each entry includes clear instructions, coaching cues, and purpose-driven applications to help you train smarter, move better, and get stronger with confidence. Whether you're fine-tuning technique or exploring new variations, this library will be your go-to resource for elevating every session.
